Pho Maple Noodle - Courtenay

Ordered takeout beef ball pho spring rolls on vermicelli. Pho was hot with lots of meat five spice with fresh sprouts. Tasty! Spring rolls were very crisp full of flavor. Waitress was super friendly and polite. Great food price! New owners are doing a fantastic job here.

Please don't listen to the complainers... went there and food is still excellent. we all really have to consider all that we and especially restaurants have gone through over the time with the pandemic. Give them a chance please

Freindly staff, quick service, fresh produce, eat in or take out. Vietnamese and chinese flavors. Free parking and price is affordable.

I don't leave reviews often and I am never compelled to do a bad one either. However, I was honestly really disappointed in the portions of my order today. The full spring roll in the picture was from a side order of extra spring rolls. The spring rolls were basically all wrapper, no filling, and tiny to begin with. There was no fish sauce on the side either, just plum sauce. I was expecting some flavour for the lemongrass beef/some sauce poured on the rice and maybe some cooked veggies... but it was a super thin small amount of lemongrass beef with some raw carrot and cucumber. There was no hoison/peanut dip for the salad rolls I got either. I came here a long time ago and was underwhelmed, but I thought I would give it another shot today but I don't think it was worth the $50. I would give them a 1 star but I don't want to totally hurt a small business but I wouldn't eat here again or recommend it.
