Wendy's - Courtenay

The service at this restaurant is awful. I ordered 2 JBCs and 2 spicy chicken wraps, but they still managed to mess it up. If only they weren't in such a hurry and didn't interrupt me while I'm speaking, everything would go much more smoothly.

The store was not as clean as it should have been. Tables were not wiped. Men's bathroom was dirty.

Terrible service 6:30PM 7:15PM Sat 29. We waited 45 mins at till no one took our order. Atleast 20 people walked out of the reasturant out of frustration. Mutilpul people from drive through came in with incorrect orders. Tons of staff in restaurants. Self service drink machine was also out of service.Will never be back to this location. We finally left went to mcdonalds had our food in five mins.

Food is always good at this Wendy's. The salads are so good for a fast food place. Service is consistent and friendly. When eating in a lot of the tables are usually dirty, but there's always a couple of clean ones. The rest of the dining area is clean, though.

Quality of food was as good as I've had at any Wendy's, service was quick and polite.
