Wimpy's Diner - Courtice

This location is great. Customer service is fantastic and friendly, meals were hot, fast and ready and tasty. We first ordered the deep fried pickles as an appetizer and this dish was spot on! Its perfect. As for the main course i had The Hollywood Wrap (turkey breast, ham, cheese, mayo, tomato and lettuce...pretty basic but great) with fries. The fries were a bit of a let down for me just because i've never been a fan of thick cut fries due to the lack of crispiness. I like the crispy thin to medium cut fries myself. My father ordered the liver and onions special and he enjoyed everything but he said he's had better liver. Great place, worth going back, 4/5 for Wimpy's Diner in Courtice.

Service from waitress was horrible, not the least bit friendly! We had to ask for cutlery, more coffee. I realize with all protocols going on that this may have affected her mood. Not a kind word or a smile out of her. It was clearly annoying to her that she had to serve us. Attention management: Your staff is obviously over worked, one waitress on during breakfast rush is clearly not enough. HIRE more staff.

With Covid times, ordering in seems to be the norm. But this is the first time we wanted breakfast, as we had family staying with us. A little hesitant to have a delivery breakfast, we ordered quite a bit to make sure we lots. Wimpy's AMAZED us!! The food came excellent temperature, quantity and tasted AMAZING!! We ordered for kids and adults and there were leftovers. We are telling everyone to support ordering breakfast sure made our weekend a great one. Thanks, Wimpy's!

/we had the family there last night on a Wed. Two had enough food to bring home for dinner tonight, that is how much You get. I ordered the fish with a salad, would go back any time just for that.
