Pino's Pizza - Courtland

NEVER EAT AT PINO 'S IN COURTLAND!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Myself and colleagues eat here at least twice a week. The other day while eating I found a black bug in my salad. I notified our server of the issue but nothing was done. She looked at the salad and took it back into the kitchen. The chef never came out to apologize for the bug found in the salad. When I went to pay for my bill, I asked the cashier was credit applied for the issue with my salad. She asked our server which was standing behind her if she knew anything about my issue. Our server responded, I don 't make the salad, the salad comes with your meal, and every time you come to eat here you and your people never leave a tip. I stated to her that we always leave a tip using our card. However, her comment about a tip is irrelevant and the issue is that it was a bug found in my food and nothing is being done about it. Also my entree I ordered was Chicken Alfredo with broccoli substitute in place of the fettuccine noodles, which they charged me an extra $1 for. I will never again waste my time or money patronizing this restaurant.

Always friendly staff! Owners on-site and talk to you. Great food. I always look forward to my trips back to Va just so I can get good pizza!!!!

Decided to stop at what we thought was a hole in the wall pizza place on our way home from vacation, not only was the service absolutely fantastic but the food was amazing as well! I hope to be able to visit again !

Why would you do this to an Italian sausage. Not a picture any where in Google that shows a sausage hacked up like this. Why? Because, it makes it dry and hard. You make link sausage to hold the flavor and juices in the casing.

Great food and great service. I ordered the Cheesesteak Supreme minus the mushrooms and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.
