Francesca's Italian Bistro - Coventry

This restaurant is the best in the area for Italian cuisine. It is small, intimate, and offers a variety of decent wines at reasonable prices. The staff is personable and the chef knows how to prepare dishes that please a variety of tastes. We love going with small groups of up to six people and recently discovered that their take-out pizza is worth the trip from anywhere within a 30-minute drive. Be sure to make a reservation, as they can get busy and there is no waiting area or alternative seating available.

This restaurant serves some of the best Italian food around, on par with the top Italian restaurants in New York and Boston. The owners are fantastic and gracious, and the atmosphere is intimate and elevated without being pretentious. Table availability is limited, but this ensures a high quality dining experience. Highly recommend.
