Cheung Sing Chinese Takeaway - Coventry

I had the freshest Chinese food I've experienced in a long time at this restaurant. It was my first visit, and I was impressed by how hot and fresh everything was—like a blooming flower. The portions were very generous. The duck curry was the best I've ever tasted, and I have had some incredible dishes before. I particularly love salt and chili dishes, and these guys offer a unique version of salt and chili balls that I haven't seen anywhere else. They were absolutely amazing!

I just ordered the chicken curry, roasted rice, and beef satay, and everything was delicious! I highly recommend this place.

This is the best Chinese takeaway in Coventry! The owners are incredibly friendly, and the chef's cooking skills are exceptional, resulting in delicious, flavorful dishes. The portion sizes are generous, too. If you're looking for fantastic Chinese food in the West Midlands, you definitely need to try this takeaway!

Have ordered from here several times, good food and very polite staff. The salt and pepper plate is a meal on its own (it is a combination of Chicken Bites, Spare Ribs, Spring Rolls, Chicken Balls chips with some sliced slightly boiled onions, spring onions and grated carrots, which are thrown in for the fat and I guess) and ideal as late night snack after the pub, not very healthy on a some regular basis but perfect after a few beers. Prices are reasonable and meals are a decent size, neither too small nor particularly large. The Szechuan dishes have a nice little bite to them I find many places do not have the advertised spiciness over them. I found the Stir Fried Beef with Kung Po Sauce was a bit fat and a little hard, but maybe that was just the part of the beef I passed to get into my meal, like all the other meals I ordered from Cheung Sing were delicious and juicy. I just tried meat, chicken and pork dishes so I can't comment on the duck and seafood. Cheung Sing is one of my favorite Chinese in Coventry.

Awful awful, no taste what so ever satay chicken which looked like it had been washed not cooked not worth half of what i had to pay for inedible food
