Feedback gevenI used to frequent the Debenhams café at least three times a week for a couple of years, but I have noticed a decline in the quality and quantity of their food and service. The last straw for me was the small portion of beans on toast that I received – a meager serving that couldn't even cover one slice of toast, let alone two. It seems that Debenhams no longer manages the café, but they should still make an effort to uphold the standards of quality and service. I would recommend looking for better dining options nearby instead of wasting your time at this café.
My friend and I went to this restaurant for coffee cake around 2pm on a Friday. There were very few customers, but the empty tables were still messy with plates and cups. We had to move things off a table in order to have a clean place to sit, but it took a long time for the staff to come and clean up. The coffee cake was just okay, nothing special, and the prices were too high. We won't be returning to this restaurant.
I stopped by for lunch today after shopping and had a terrible experience. I paid £7.95 for a fish finger brioche bun, which consisted of only 2 fish fingers in a bun served with greasy sweet potato fries on a greasy plate. There was no salad or dressing included, which I found to be very disappointing considering the price.
Their Breakfast was delicious, and the service was great, I believe that the 2.5/5 rating for the food does not actually speak for the actual quality. Absolutely Amazing!!
Had the six item breakfast for £5.00 All the items apart from the toast and tomatoes were very dry. Presentation was to be desired. Really do need to look at the way they present food. I should have call one of the managers.
