Mcdonald's Restaurants - Coventry

There are always violence, fight, workers are rude, especially the young boys on the street, did not get a good word to say about this place there would have been a 0 if I could.

The Manager Tibor was very helpful and very polite and respectful. He helped me with my order on the McDonald’s app. Thank you Tibor

I completely understand the dire Covid circumstances but come on.....we are all suffering. I stood in line for minutes. Then ordered by machine. Got my order after minutes without one of the items I had ordered only to be told by staff that...it was not on his slip and therefore I need to order again. I ordered but felt that I was buying that item twice and that was not on. I asked another member of staff and he was apologetic and got me two of the items. I get home to find that another item was missing (the main item.......wtf). I phone the contact number and no answer. I have paid money and did not get what I asked for. Joke

I will never eat McDonald's again after my last experience the staff were really ignorant like they didn't want to serve me, I didn't get what I asked cretins and two staff members were looking and laughing so childish next time I will buy a...BLT sandwich will definitely taste better

I ordered the delivery for this food. eating is usually cold. sometimes it's warm. they usually don't send the dips I paid for. today I ordered a bigmac and a double-quarter confectionery flour. the quarter rifle was only burger and a bit ketchup. no salat or pickles, nothing! so confused. I don't think I've ever been satisfied with eating.
