Nando's - Coventry

Haven't been to nandos in years but probably wouldn't bother again. 6 of us went for a friend's birthday. 3 meals were brought to the table and about 10 mins later i had to ask if the other 3 could come out aswell. One was missing corn, one had burn't corn and gravy was brought out well before the rest of the meal so was cold. One meal came out with mac and cheese side that we didn't order so let the staff know so they just took it off our plate and added it to another plate when we could have touched it. For the price we paid for 6 people I wasn't overly impressed with the service. To be fair I will add that we did go on a bank holiday Monday.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were even patient with the kids helping themselves to drinks.

We visited for lunch with our family and immediately we were met with an amazing staff supervisor named Fabian and he took such good care of us the whole time we were there and offered our kids the colouring activities without us even asking. He is a great asset to this Nando’s. Oh and the food was great as well, everything was in my order.

Able served us, swiftly seated, great food as always, overall very pleased with the service and experience.

Great customer service, Abel and Sarah (the manager) treated us really nicely, really welcoming and Abel (who has served us many times) as always was lovely to speak to. Had a minor fall at the restaurant, I was looked after really well and they compensated for the injury!
