Absolutely disgusted to hear the said manager on the telephone taking my daughter's order on the phone last night. Simple request.. can we not have mushrooms on the pizza. Thats it .you would think not a big deal right ? Daughter being allergic to mushrooms its a big deal to her. The answer was no ..this is not possible unless you order a different pizza in the store ? Which was an extra ten pounds? Daughter asked why it was not possible to minus an ingredient.she was then TOLD to order online ..where there is no option to minus the **** things !! In my opinion if you cant minus an ingredient then the whole product is frozen ?? So is this now false advertising? Manager rude .. food shockingly greasy and would I recommend it .. no !

Shocking Service I very rarely order a takeaway during lunch but was craving a Pizza! I have seen a lot of adverts of the new £5 deals by Pizza Hut so thought I 'd give it a go! After placing my order online at 12:17pm, I received a email confirming the order and mentioned the food will be delivered by 12:45 pm. It was so disappointing to actually accept delivery of my food a further 45 minutes later at 1:30pm !!! The store was not helpful and ignoring my calls, The delivery driver mentioned we are too busy and quickly left after handing over the food too!
