Tang Chinese - Coventry

As the only non-Asian couple in the restaurant full of happy Chinese diners, we have clung out like an evil thumb! But that proved that it is where you find very authentic Chinese cuisine. The menu is great to choose with so much, some of them a bit strange for us western, it was a bit overwhelming to be honest! But what we ordered was really fresh, tasty and definitely authentic, the portion sizes were good and the total price was also very reasonable. A very pleasant meal.

The food was excellent and despite everything many of these reviews say it is a beautiful place to be. It is an authentic Chinese restaurant, including the type of serving. It is worth trying, you just have to be comfortable just to ask what you want and not expect western style hospitality. The staff cannot be the best English speakers, but for those who are looking for something else and not watered, this is all part of the experience. There are dozens of Chinese restaurants and takeaways in Coventry, but this is one of a very small minority that offers genuine and very good food.

This is undoubtedly my family's favorite restaurant. Great food, authentic Chinese, very affordable and always friendly staff.

Lovely restaurant, had different types of cuisines to pick from. The meals were tasty and made right in time.

I had a hot and sour soup and a fried rice. It was delicious and the quantity in the plate was worth it.
