Feedback gevenIt was decent. I ordered my food through the app, and when I arrived, it took a few minutes for them to prepare it. After that, I was on my way.
This Burger King in town is fantastic! The staff at the front are also very helpful.
This burger place consistently struggles with taking orders. The staff always seem to have an attitude and rarely listen. They tend to talk over you while you're trying to place your order, resulting in mistakes nearly every time. When I informed them that my order was wrong, it was never acknowledged as their fault. Liz, who is supposed to ensure that orders are correct, didn’t do her job and instead blamed the cook. She even lied to her manager, Anna, claiming that I threw my sandwich. If dropping a burger from just a couple of inches onto the counter counts as throwing, then wow, she really needs some additional training.
The food was pleasant, but it could have been served at a hotter temperature. The staff could have been a bit friendlier, though I understand that in a fast food setting, it can be tough to consistently keep a positive attitude.
I ordered two meals for $6.99 each and an extra spicy burger, which came to a total of $23. Unfortunately, I didn't get my extra burger! It seems like they always mess up my orders!
