Jack In The Box - Covina

Employee handed me a soda that was clearly not closed properly and when I reached to grab it exploded in my car the employee didn’t apologize or even knowledge it. I understand mistakes happen but to not complete a small task such as closing a lid on a soda cup or not even apologize is unacceptable and unforgivable. Very upset with the customer service and lack of attention to detail

I've been a patron here since 2011, and I have never had to complain about the service or food. Extra sauces, and even requesting something like hot water won't cost you a cent. Thank You, Chris for your excellent Customer Service, and for training your staff to be the same ?.

We went to the Jack in the Box located on 535 S. Citrus Ave. By the CVS 9:40PM to eat after a trip to the Fairplex. Was not greeted at all. An employee saw us pull up and park our car and decided to come lock the door on us before we could walk in, and he walked away. I went to go see the hours that clearly say they close at 10 o 'clock. I 'm with my elderly parents and it 's already late for them. He sees me take out my phone to record my time and decided to come and confront me and asked me What 's the m matter Honey? . (Not appreciated or professional) he said they were closed already. I told him the time says 10 o 'clock and he refused to let us in. Long story short. We will not return. Thanks to this clown.

Awesome customer service and fries taste sooo yummy ?... Specially on December 25th night... when most of burger joints are closed!... totally recommend it.
