Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Covina

The staff at this restaurant are not very intelligent. They are mopping the floors while customers are still inside, making them slippery. They also lock the front door with customers still inside, regardless of the fact that it is 10pm. It would be more sensible to change the main double door to a push-to-exit feature. Additionally, 9 out of 8 workers handle food with their bare hands, without using gloves or utensils. They move very slowly and ignore customers who are trying to place mobile orders at the designated area.

I am disappointed with my experience at Popeyes this time. I ordered a 4-piece meal but received a 2-piece meal instead. Additionally, I did not receive a fork for my side order and there were no napkins included with my meal. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. I expect better service for what I pay.

I had excellent service at this establishment when I ordered their hush puppy shrimp and popcorn shrimp, both served with their signature cocktail sauce. The fried chicken I ordered was available in mild or spicy, similar to KFC and Church's Chicken. This Louisiana-style fried chicken also came with a cookie and a personalized note for each customer.

The food is good and hot! But the night servers are a little rude when you pick up a late night. They had no pleasant attitude and did not want to answer any questions. Also the family meal I ordered should be a mixture of chicken pieces (breast, thighs, wings and legs). I only have breasts and thighs, no wings or legs. Go early if you want a better service and get your order right. This is my second review, I just went back to this Popeyes on 23. July 2022 at about 19:00. And the driving staff was extremely rude and confused! We're not going back.

Ann sucks horribly. Took my drive thru order for spicy chicken. Waited in drive thru line 20 minutes. She told me to park and my chicken will be ready in 5 minutes. Waited in parking lot for 20 minutes then I went in to complain. Ann never even took my order which still wasn 't ready after 20 minutes of waiting in the parking lot they just forgot about me. Why did they have me pay if they forgot about my order? Yelled at manager and the manager had to make my order herself because they didn 't have any recollection of my order. Ann sucks as drive through order girl and this whole hour experience makes me want to never eat here again. She had a horrible attitude and I think that 's why they forgot my order . Even after they took my money and forgot about me. Slap in the face! Good luck with this place.... it sucks!
