I can't say whether the food was good or not because the service was so poor. The waiter completely ignored me, which made me uncomfortable, so I ended up leaving. I realized something was off when she attended to all the tables that arrived after mine. I tried several times to get her attention, smiling and indicating that I was ready to order. After waiting for 30 minutes, it was clear that she wasn’t interested in taking my order. Although I'm not fluent in the language, I was eager to try my best. I had heard great things about the food and the restaurant, so I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, I left feeling embarrassed and ignored. I would have appreciated at least a chance to place my order or communicate. I’ll keep practicing my language skills, hoping that my next restaurant experience will be better. I'm sure the food here is good, though.

I was trying to come here for dinner and have a nice sit down meal, but work had other plans lol. I got a job dropped on me right after I ordered and the staff here were very polite and accommodating and got me what they could get me the quickest so that I could rush off to my job. Also the young man running the counter which also took my order was very polite and could not have been more helpful. Everything was awesome and I sincerely cannot wait to be back, hopefully next time I will actually get to stay and enjoy the atmosphere lol. I ordered the baleadas supreme from the breakfast section and a large horchata and they were amazing!!!Edit: PSA TO ALL NON SPANISH SPEAKERS!!!not everyone here speaks fluent English so do try to be understanding of a possible language barrier. I would suggest knowing some very basic Spanish before coming but they will do their best either way. This place is phenomenal!!!

Authentic. Homemade. Incredible. It's so natural and so delicious I told the lady that it was so good I wanted to hug her, and she hugged me. EVERYBODY reading this, if you have not yet been here there is no need to think about it further. Get to one of your new very favorite places to eat. There is nowhere in St. Tammany Parish that comes close to this. None in Tangipahoa. None in Jefferson. None in New Orleans even if you have a death wish to drive out there.When you try it, or if someone reading this already has and knows of better, please reply to this. But I truly truly can't imagine better. OH my GOD, You have blessed us greatly Lord. Thank YOU. To the owners, we do not know each other yet, but you are about to see me in there as often as I can. I am so looking forward to your amazing breakfast. I saw someone else's plate as it was brought to their table and thought about changing my mind. But, I really wanted a Cuban Sandwich and a bowl of Chicken soup. It was so good that I forced myself to save some for later.
