Chili's Grill - Covington

We went in for a couple of drinks and watch some football. Austin is a awesome bartender, very attentive and and a great personality.

I found food on my drink and pieces of lettuce and cheese as if it had been recycled. I didnt ordered anything related to salads. They need to improve on pretty much everything. I was expecting better service.

Food was delicious and we had the most friendliest waiter. Gave 4 stars just bc there was a 30 min wait time.

Stay as far away as you can. Over cooked, bland food. Waste of money!!!!!

Horrible horrible service. Was told that I couldn’t order what I wanted because they don’t do that. Then at pick up my order was split into two orders instead of one. Cashier was very rude with me from the beginning of the conversation to the end of the conversation. Wanting to argue with me about what I did I did not order. I was told one price on the phone then another price at pick up time. Yes I will not be back to this Covington location I will drive out of my way to another restaurant or … – show
