Mcdonald's - Covington

Great experience here the other week, good hot food and good service. The young lady upstairs in the register went beyond and beyond to help my friend and me. As good as I suggested we give her a tip that she took back. I know this is drunk, but sometimes it happens that way or not. I also recently called the shop looking for some of the last Happy Meal toys, as most restaurants around the area are sold out. James went beyond and beyond to check the incoming stock and call me back when the truck delivery was finished. Very helpful and thank James when you see that. He also told me that I'll call or check back in the next few days as more can come. A total of 2 great experiences in two completely different scenarios. I applauded her. I was treated so often when I call places to check if a certain toy is in stock or what toys are up to date. That didn't happen to me here in Covington. Thank you.

I was served by the assistant manager (Chandra) and she is wonderful! She's so friendly and always on a great mood. A customer came to her with a problem with more order while waiting for my food and how she treated it, impressed her completely satisfied. A young man took my job the other day and I had problems with the app. He knew exactly what voucher I tried to use and understood that they had problems and applied it. That was an excellent customer service
