Watch out for pieces of plastic on the lid that break off and goes in your coffee cup, It could be dangerous if swallowed

We should have left after waiting so long just to order at the drive-through... The truck in front of us gave up drove off. After we finally did order, the man behind us asked why nobody was answering him and he decided to leave. There were at least 3 people on staff and we were the only clients. We waited 25 minutes for 4 hot chocolates 6 doughnuts. The doughnuts were stale. :

There were plenty of staff behind the counter, but the service was still slow, and my order ended up being incorrect.

The restaurant was clean and followed COVID protocols. The server spoke both French and English, which was a lovely touch.
