Absolutely terrible customer service. Every single time I have ordered food from here it is incorrect and missing items. Today my whole breakfast plate was carelessly thrown into a plastic bag with holes in it and spilled everywhere, that is how it arrived to me. Their phone number doesn't even work so I can't get ahold of any of the actual employees to try and get my money refunded because I received something completely disgusting and uneatable that had to be thrown away. Love, Love, Love! I’m always going to The Buttermilk Drop to get their Buttermilk Drops. They are so good and I’m So. Freaking. ADDICTED!! They melt in your mouth! I love their breakfast as well— they have a great breakfast menu which I order from often. Service has always been great each time I’ve visited. Tasty food great service, you can not go wrong. Highly recommended! Please get the Buttermilk Drops:

I got this through DoorDash the scrambled eggs had no cheese, the hot sausage looked slapped together and wasn’t even hot, the potatoes was the only decent part and it all looked like jail food I had to throw it away.

Omg i love the breakfast here. It's a generous portion and totally affordable. Staff is friendly. Love it.
