Cool little place, good drinks! The bartender was super friendly and was able to serve all the people at the bar and the tables on a busy day.

Service was slow and when it finally came out the po boy was ice cold and to top it off there was a roach crawling on the bar. The bar tender was a very nice guy but I wouldn’t recommend ordering food.

Rice and beans were seasoned to perfection. Locals were here and clearly it was beloved. Even the dog was welcomed and someone gave him two pieces of ham. In short, great food, good people, beer and fast friendly service! Pet Friendly!

This is a great dive in the middle of some fancy hotels, churches, and other venues. All sort of folks walk in to just be happy. Live the energy, and the bartenders. Good beers and they pour hard.

A hole in the wall bar with the best food I ate during our visit to New Orleans. Red beans and rice were 10/10.
