Ihop - Cozumel

The rating is due to the manager from this AM!! The food was very good and had a EXCELLENT server (John). Only had cash for our meal and the manager REFUSED to make change for a Benji on a $50+ bill. Said it's the waiter's problem. We heard the entire conversation. John ran across the street to Walgreens to get change and apologized for the wait. Thank you John for your dedication and wonderful work ethic!! Your to good for that place.

Who can't make pancakes? Well this Ihop couldn't. My pancakes weren't moist and fluffy at all

Walked in and was seated immediately. Food was great as usual and our waitress was great!

The place was clean and everyone had a positive attitude and disposition. Our server John was fantastic! He really took care of us and made sure our meal and experience was the best.

Ordered a door dash and apparently they have a phone number for no reason because they definitely do not pick up.
