I think Pho Bistreux has the best Bun in the city. I get the pork and the flavor is amazing. This place is quite generous with portions. Try them, so healthy and delicious.

The staff was super friendly. There was no wait around late lunchtime, which was nice. My girlfriend and I both thought the Boba drinks were pretty good, and so were the pork appetizers (forget the name). We both got vietnamese poboys, and they were also good. The shrimp in mine was cooked great. She got the pork and also enjoyed it.

SUCH good food! Even better service! Kristian is amazing.. I had the filet in beef broth add veggies and mushrooms! I felt the pho was a bit overpriced (they didn't have a veggie pho that I saw on the menu, that's what I usually get) but I devoured every last bite!
