The food is amazing! The atmosphere in this small place has a nice mix between going out for dinner and eating at a friend's place. It's cozy setting, amazing food and friendly staff make a great combination. Normally I'm not a big fan of an open kitchen because of the noise, but somehow they made it work here. I took my wife here dinner, and it was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. She had the Waygu steak and it was the best piece of meat she’s ever had. The beef tallow candle was a cool touch, and quite tasty. The Redfish was seasoned perfectly and cooked beautifully, it would melt in your mouth. The sweet and spicy Brussel Sprouts were a delicious surprise.

We really wanted to try because we supported Piece of Meat before it was this new concept. Made a reservation and watched as an empty table of the same size sat there and we weren’t seated while waiting on a table that had clearly overstayed their welcome past our reservation time. Went on a whim while visiting the city with significant other and so glad we did. Food was exquisite! Thick cut Pork chop, BBQ shrimp, tallow bread, sweet and spicy brussel sprouts, and glazed squash with yogurt we all fantastic. Pork chop was tender and melt in your mouth and well seasoned.
