Velveteen is a wonderful and delightful place to come and Socialize and kick back the food is so Delicious! I come every week and Enjoy myself! The Drinks Off the Chain So Come And Enjoy Yourself!!!

This is the definition of a hidden gem!! The pulled Pork “bahn Mi” was probably the best thing I had on my trip to New Orleans. The salad had the sweetest cherry tomatoes. The smoked rosemary hibiscus iced tea was delicious and refreshing. Amber was so nice and made our visit even better. Would come back for this place!

This is one of the few late night places around the 7th ward that I enjoy. Amber is my favorite bartender and is a joy every time! And the Jerk chicken sandwich with the mango chutney?! *CHEFS KISS* definitely a local staple!
