My boyfriend and two of his friends went through the drive thru yesterday and the cracked out man working was extremely rude and impatient. Now today they are all sick and believe it’s from the food they received at your establishment! We would appreciate if this could be addressed with your employees!!

Change your grease more often... Fries tasted like the burnt chicken nuggets... Come on, y'all, really?!?

This morning, I visited Wendy's at the brisk hour of 6 a.m., amidst a bone-chilling zero degrees Fahrenheit weather. Despite the early hour and the cold, the staff was there, ready to welcome customers. I observed their dedication and hard work as they prepared for the day, ensuring that everything was set for the first meal service. It's not easy to rise before dawn and start the day in such cold conditions, but their commitment to providing service didn't waver.I was greeted warmly and served with a delicious breakfast that was just what I needed to start my day on a positive note. It's admirable to see employees who, despite the early hour, put in the effort to ensure that customers like myself leave satisfied and ready to tackle the day ahead.I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the team at Wendy's for their dedication and for making my morning much brighter. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and it's appreciated more than words can express. Keep up the fantastic work, and thank you for being such an integral part of our community, especially on those chilly early mornings.

I don't even know how to explain this visit. I feel like I'm in a fever dream in this town. It took 5 minutes for an employee to come out and serve us, and another 10 to get the order right. Food was delicious, but just a weird experience

Of all the places that have shut down, this place needs to be one of them. Constantly rude service, and just when I think their burgers couldn't get any worse, they proved me wrong with the most chewy, burnt ends, like it literally has been sitting under a heat lamp since lunch. It's baffling how this place is still opened, even just for food violations....
