The Snowy Owl - Cramlington

Stayed at the Snowy Owl whilst visiting family for Christmas and the New Year, upon arrival I was greeted very polite by the bar staff.

My new localsince moving house i will often be seen sitting next to the fire or in the beer garden.

Cosy pub with a nice atmosphere. Not much choice on the menu for vegetarians! Staff nice, though.

Very high quality food. Good ambience. Slow service owing to pressurised staff.

Usually a pleasant visit, however ginger haired girl behind bar was extremely rude and awkward. We had a query on the weekend treat offer, she was abrupt when replying then she started shouting after someone in the middle of talking with us we then received glares from the girl after deciding to place our order with someone else. Usually visit a few times a month but to be honest this visit has put me off visiting in the future. Teach your staff manners! Other than that, food was very nice.
