Feedback gevenPlaced an online order on 4/9/22 at around 2PM. Almost immediately after this the store called and said they were closing and could not make my order. Understandable. I asked about how I get a refund since I had pre paid for my order and was told to call back the next day. I insisted the girl take my name and number to pass along to the manager, to which she finally did. Called the next day and spoke to a ?manager? who said the general manager does the refunds and would refund me. She never asked my name and seemed annoyed that I had called about my refund. It has been almost two weeks now and I have still not been refunded for this order or called about it. Makes me never want to try this place after they kept my money and I never got anything out of it. Not even a phone call.
They are finally open. I?m glad they have a store closer to where I live now. Their juices taste really good in my opinion. They have a decent variety and a number of juice cleanses you can do. Haven?t had a negative experience here yet, I will definitely be back.
My new favorite stop! I will most definitely be back. My Immunity 2.0 w/ açaí was so good. The Juicerista did a great job!
I was in a hurry, and I appreciated that my mobile order was ready, even though I arrived sooner than I thought I would. The juiceristas were extremely friendly and outgoing.
$40+ for a small acai bowl, a small sandwich, and a smoothie. Tasted good but zero bang for your buck. Organic or not, no meal of that quantity should cost that much. Legitimately should have been a $20 meal for two. (Prices were cheaper and portions were larger in California of all places).
