If you are not willing to provide chopsticks to your customers as a food store you should shut your shop. I can see how a small business will always stay as a small business with this level of customer service.

My wife and I saw the reviews, and thought we had to try. Never again! We had a teriyaki chicken, a japanese curry, and 4 sushi. The teriyaki was drowned in mayo, the curry was salty, the shredded carrot smelled off, the rice was soggy, and all of it was cooked in a microwave. As for the sushi, not as bad as the main meals (which we didn 't finish), but still not worth going back for. The Special California roll didn 't even have the right ingredients in it! Sushi wrapped around an imitation crab stick is simply not right. Totally disappointed.Edit in response from owner: Cranbourne West, on Hall Rd. Thank you for the offer, we 'll update you once we receive the refund.Follow up: The manager and staff were most accommodating, and a refund was completed with the minimum of fuss. We still will not be returning, but the customer service seems to be on point.

The food is always fresh and delicious. The lovely staff makes the experience even better. I highly recommend this sushi restaurant.

The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed the chicken teriyaki and spicy chicken rolls. The prices were definitely great.
