A&W Restaurant - Cranbrook

Can't review as we just went in and we're not even looked at for about 5 minutes so we left. Not enough staff clearly and only worried about the drive-thru.

I stood at the counter for 5 mins before anyone came to serve me and there were no other customers in the drive through or at the counter. Then the man that served me looked homeless with holes in his shirt that was nearly see-through. He took my money and without washing his hands, immediately started to prepare my food with his dirty hands. To top it off, I get my food to find that he upsaled me on my drink which I didn't ask for, to get more money out of me. I will like never be back to this place

Went to a and w today February 24th, 2023 and the lady at the drive through had the nastiest attitude and was making snarky comments at me. Usually staff are generally nice but she left a 0 out of 5 star taste in my mouth

The wait time was extremely long at the restaurant. I ordered 2 wraps, but one of them was missing bacon and the other one was broken at the bottom.

My friend ordered a bacon ranch chicken wrap and they left out the bacon, who does that. Preposterous
