Sonic Drive-in - Crandall

I had to wait for 15 minutes for a couple of shakes. The staff completely forgot about my order and let the shakes start to melt before I had to remind them that I was still waiting. There was no apology. The service was terrible and I do not recommend this place. Take-out service was a 3, service was a 1, and the atmosphere was a 1.

My wife, Summer, ordered from the app and we waited in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes. Our corn dogs were cold, so we had to wait until we got home to heat them up. Additionally, our grape slushes with Nerds had the Nerds just sitting on top. It was a very lazy performance by the crew. Overall, I can't believe we had to wait until we got home to heat up our corn dogs. What kind of Sonic does this? Overall, we were very disappointed with the food quality. I would rate it a 1 out of 5.
