I just devoured an absolutely perfect smoked beef brisket sandwich. I'm a big barbecue fan, and I can unequivocally say that was some of the best brisket I have ever had. Tender, perfectly seasoned and smoked brisket, and the bun held up to the very last bite. Unfortunately this restaurant specializes in catering and offers takeout only on Friday nights. everything I've ordered here has been really really good. Put Keane's on your Friday take out list and check them out. You won't regret it.

Did you know Keanes also offers take out food for those of us not planning a large get together? On Fridays you can pick up their sandwiches, side salads, cornbread (you Have to pick up the cornbread! and whatever they have on special? It's hard to find good barbecue around here so I'm really grateful to the friend that introduced me to Keane's. Well, sorta. About a month ago I housed the brisket nachos because they were too good to stop. (You know just one more bite.... . My stomach was happy, my waistline was not.
