Kings Garden - Cranston

My wife and I are at Kings Garden as I write this ! The food is excellent with big portions, price is right and the service is outstanding….. we are already making plans as to when we can come back. Absolutely 5 stars

I came right when they opened so my review is a little biased as the dimsum was ridiculously fresh. Pretty sure I was first customer of the day. Everything was clean and it's not overly dark or dim. Their bbq pork and beef wrapped in rice noodles is really good. My bf loved the Shanghai dumplings and said they were really flavorful. Har gow (shrimp dumplings) had good texture, the skins weren't super thick which I like and they didn't fall apart. They give you ample amounts of tea, we got a really large pot for the table. Overall service was really quick and I enjoyed everything.

My family has been dining at this restaurant for at least 35 years. Some of my earliest memories are of enjoying Chinese food from Kings Garden as a child. Although the restaurant changed ownership several years ago, the new owners wisely chose to maintain what was already successful. Their authentic dishes are outstanding, and their American-Chinese offerings are exceptional. One of our family traditions is ordering the Beef with Pan Fried Noodles. You won’t be disappointed!

The food is steaming hot and absolutely delicious! There's a great selection of dim sum. However, the sauce on the shrimp vermicelli was a bit too thick and could have used more moisture.

After a lot of research, we decided to try this restaurant for dinner, hoping for a reliable experience. Our server, Chi, was excellent. The atmosphere was wonderful, though the country music playing may not be to everyone's taste—it didn’t bother us, but we might have preferred an Asian soundtrack instead. Other than that, we can only say positive things. The food was fantastic in every aspect. We highly recommend this place! This was our first visit, and it was a great experience.
