Subway - Crawfordville

Do not bother visiting this restaurant or any Subway location. They were out of pizza and no longer offer mozzarella cheese. Additionally, the service could be improved with better employees.

This restaurant doesn't even deserve one star. I am glad we have a better sub place in Crawfordville because this place is terrible.

This restaurant is run by school-age children who lack knowledge of customer service. I placed an online order, picked it up at the restaurant, and found that my sandwich was missing cheese and mayo. When I called to inquire, I was informed that they were out of these ingredients. Despite this, no resolution was offered, only an apology for being busy. When I returned to the restaurant for a refund, I was told I would have to wait 3 to 5 days to receive it. This experience was disappointing and I plan to speak to the franchise owner about it.

I bought a CHEESE pizza for my 6yo (over $7 in my area) that half of it had little to no cheese. When I asked about this I was told it's the way it came. So if this is the case, at least spread it out some so it looks like there's actually cheese on it instead of being in a rush to sit back down on your cellphone. Also, I'd recommend not making snide comments about your paying customers when you think they can't hear you. Quite frankly, I think the food quality is subpar at best. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
