Costa - Crawley

I had a wonderful experience at this charming restaurant. The coffee was fantastic, the cakes were delightful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I dined in for brunch and found the prices to be very reasonable, ranging from £1 to £10 per person. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 4 out of 5. Highly recommended!

I didn't visit Costa Coffee because it's way too expensive; I only stopped in to use the restroom.

The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow. It felt like we were waiting forever for our food and drinks to arrive. No matter how many times we checked in with the staff, there was no sign of improvement in the speed of service. It was frustrating and took away from the overall dining experience. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place if you're looking for a timely meal.

Rude staff, employee talked over me as I explained that I wanted an iced Americano he told me I wanted a Frappe. Watched him slam other customers food down and be rude to others ordering. Dirty seating area. Would not recommend Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
