Subway - Crawley

Delivered order missing two items and called the shop and the lady on the phone said what do you want us to do about that we said that we want are missing items delivered and waiting for some time, we called again and they hung...the phone up on us and when they eventually answered the phone and said their manager don't answer phone calls and with them saying they will deliver the two items, we are now still waiting hours later.. So I'm guessing the order isn't being delivered. Disgusting service.

VEGGIE/VEGAN FRIENDLY NOT AT ALL!!!!! Visited a few months ago following the vegan sub marketing campaign. With vegan written in the name, you'd think they'd honour and respect that dietary choice right?? Major wrong!!! Customer before me had a meat based sub, and with...the same gloves, server went on to touch the salad based items. I tried to protest, but it was too late. I was understandably annoyed and this was for reasons: as a Muslim, the food was immediately made null and void due to Pork based items contaminating the salad (this despite the manager of the franchise also Muslim, telling me that cross contamination doesn't occur I mean seriously!?!? I SAW IT WITH MY OWN EYES!! I'm a veggie!! This incident spurred me on to look wider, and so went on a mission to see what happens in other stores. Unfortunately, it's the same process. I am looking to speak with Trading Standards as this truly is appalling. And what's worse, before actually observing what I did on that one occasion, it sickens me to think that I have had numerous Subs over the past few years, and assumed it was all ok, when cross contamination is clearly a regular practice. Don't be fooled with their new vegan meatball(less) Sub either; it'll be the same practice I can imagine!! In short my message is clear, DON'T EAT SUBWAY IF YOU'RE VEGGIE/VEGAN/MUSLIM/JEWISH/ANYONE ELSE (unless the store states Halal/Kosher on the door) SUBWAY DON'T CARE IF YOU ARE. FROM MY RESEARCH ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST, THEY ARE FAR MORE INTERESTED IN MAKING PROFIT OVER OUR' DIETARY CHOICES!! SUBWAY, tell me I'm wrong!!

Do not expect to get coffee with your meals as they clean the machine from When questioned about having a coffee the staff were rude and apparently the machine takes one hour to clean.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Nice subs decent prices. It is fairly clean and tidy inside the toilets could do with a clean dried toilet paper on the walls and hand dryer couldn't blow a fly away but otherwise no issues.

This subway is very dirty with unclean tables over flowing bins. The staff don't speak very good English and don't understand what you are saying to them. They put the wrong sauce on one sandwich which made it so my son could not it it.
