Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

The food was wonderful, and I really enjoyed the chicken. However, it was a bit cold inside, and I would have preferred it to be warmer. Overall, I would rate the food and service a 5, but the atmosphere gets a 3.

The food was decent, but my experience was marred by an unpleasant encounter with the cashier. When she offered me a receipt, I requested that she toss it instead. Instead of doing that, she went over to the order line and accidentally pressed the receipt into my biscuit, leaving a thumbprint. As someone new to the area, I don’t plan to return. However, I do want to mention that the guy who helped correct my order was very apologetic. Service: Takeout Meal type: Lunch

The food was fresh and served hot, and the service was very friendly. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.

The biscuits were fresh and delicious, we enjoyed the food. But the woman at the drive thru needs to be somewhere else in the store. Our dog scared her so bad she didn't give our cc back.
