Los Compadres - Crescent City

The kind of place where you can taste that *everything* is house-made. The tortilla chips are made fresh when you order. Just absolutely delicious. We ended up coming here twice while camping in the Redwoods. Delicious tacos, particularly fried. I loved the carnitas, lengua, carne asada. The shredded beef enchiladas are also fantastic. Great friendly service, too. Only warning would be that the tacos are probably like 1.5x as big as you're expecting. We ordered way too much food on our first visit.

The best Taqueria I've had in a very long time the meat was perfect the people were kind and respectful and honestly the best horchata ive had yet. The inside of the building looked really nice, Apologies about the bad review unfortunately i cant comment apparently after you guys do but I did re-edit mine. Still I wish there was beans in it for 8 bucks but clearly my vision was bad. Better review cause of the reply. Thank you!

The food and service here are excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for delicious Mexican cuisine. The prices are very reasonable, and it's a lovely place to sit and enjoy your meal.

This might be the best Mexican cuisine I've ever experienced. Their fried tacos are absolutely divine!

A must-visit for authentic Mexican cuisine! It's a wonderful family-run business. I will definitely stop by again on my next trip from Canada!
