Al Covolo - Crespano del grappa

I love this place. I stayed there for 15 months and would gladly return again. The people there have become like family to me. The owner and cook Maria Pia is very dedicated. I don't know how she does it. Thank you for having taken care of me even when I was sick. Un ottimo posto che amo e spero di ritornare. Sono stata li per 15 mesi perche e' anche un albergo. Grazie di tutto con cuore.

We went for lunch in this trattoria on the way to Montebelluna... Located near the sanctuary of the Madonna del Covolo... The terrace with a beautiful autumn view is beautiful, there are many external and internal tables... Once seated, a girl, without saying hello, took the orders read in a notebook (I didn't see any hanging or paper menus to see the prices ordered 2 first courses which were a little scarce and not yet finished the first one immediately arrived with the 2 second courses of meat, when we said we were a little perplexed Already??? and that we still had to finish he replied if you want I'll bring him back inside now between inside and outside the kitchen what's left?? We ask for the bill at the table and we are told that it is better to do it inside. When we entered we waited a long time because no one could do it (at the internal tables there was only one group and 2 other occupied tables outside... good prices and even the quality could have deserved 4 but I found the service inadequate.

Traditional menu very rich and really delicious. We really got lunch. environment style years but nice and particular.
