The restaurant has a super fun atmosphere with many modern and retro pop references. When we left, the television was playing Bob Ross and Captain America. The burgers were delicious and they also offer black bean burgers for vegetarians. They are willing to accommodate vegans if requested. The milkshakes are huge and delicious, but can be overwhelming to finish on your own. It's best to tackle them as a team and be prepared for a chaotic eating experience.
Big burger! debra was my server she was super and friendly. space was clean and welcoming. **** mary was so good definitiw back
Rude service! he let me wait for an hour after I was told that it would only wait 45 minutes. we had a party of six! they had a hard time to receive us because the business has only high tables for parties of 4. After we had set ourselves, we were told rudely that it would wait 45 minutes to get food. not as you do tonight, I can order your drink! nothing! I had hungry children who were looking forward to being there. we went out of the hostess claiming that she had no idea that the kitchen was so after! I said they do because half their tables are empty and they are not bodies. only bad administration. valentine weeks or not! I will never go back
The main reason to go here is for the unique and creative look of their milkshakes. They definitely have done a great job with them!Having said that, is each milkshake worth $15...? No, I don't think so.Another thing to watch out for if you have the milkshakes is stale chocolates on top of the milkshakes. I told the waitress that the chocolates on my milkshake and my son's milkshake were both stale. Her response was: I'll tell the kitchen. It's the kids in the back who are probably not checking the expiration dates on the chocolate they're putting on the milkshakes Hmm... Not really what I was looking to hear that I was eating stale or expired food. The place itself is a fun concept. The TV channels are playing Pokemon, hell's kitchen, Bob Ross painting away and Seinfeld (at least this was the TV programming when I visited). They're trying to cater to too many different audiences in my opinion. But I'm sure it's a popular hangout for teenagers or students from Lewis University which is not far from this location. For some reason they have dim lighting in the daytime. That kind of pulls away from the fun atmosphere they're trying to create. But maybe they're trying to just create a different vibe but that or saving on electricity bill. I don't know..Old couches spread around where you can sit down and hang out with friends. It's hard to sanitize those so I'm not sure if those are a great idea in the covid era.The service is a sit-down hosted service. Some appreciate that but in my opinion this kind of a place with casual fair and milkshakes would be better to just order from the counter and sit down at any table instead of having a host weight on you.I don't think I'll ever be returning I think the only good thing overall was the creative looking milkshakes. Trying those out once was good enough.
