Hungry Howie's Pizza Subs - Crestview

We order here about 2 times a month as it's affordable for this tired Momma to take a break from cooking. Most of the time it is delicious and the few it hasn't been great you could pretty much tell it was a new employee ? by how they made and cut the pizza. It takes time to learn that so I would never complain as it's very seldom! My kiddos love the sausage pizza and cheesy bread and Momma and Daddy love the chef salad! Thanks for the pizza this evening! Sincerely a broke, tired Momma!

This place is okay. The food is decent and they are one of the few pizza places that deliver good salads.That being said, my orders arrive incorrect about 50% of the time. This last time, we had a vegetarian friend over who ordered the pizza bowl with pineapple. Instead of pineapple, it arrived covered in pepperoni. My order input was correct, and even the ticket said pineapple, but they used pepperoni. I ended up having to give my friend my salad so she could eat something. Very frustrating.I've complained before to management and I'm offered a store credit, but it never actually shows up on my account, so I don't bother to call/email anymore.If you order here, I recommend you use the pick up option and check everything for accuracy before you leave the store, because they won't.

Foods good, I enjoy the food. However, I do not like the fact I can’t get a delivery to my house. I bought a house in Heritage Plantation which is technically a Laurel Hill address but I’m literally 6.8 miles away, about 10 minutes. I’m closer to Crestview than I am to Laurel Hill. If I try to order online, it tells me there are no stores near my address so I called to ask if they deliver to me, I was told no because we were too far out. But my neighbor across the street gets deliveries all the time, so we asked the driver last time we saw him how they’re able to get deliveries if we’re “too far” and he seemed confused. We told him our situation and he said he would write our address down at the store so hopefully it doesn’t happen again.
