Feedback gevenWe can please get rid of the dame that has received orders wrong, almost since this place is open. we always have problems when only this employee works. drove 7 miles to house today night to miss the 2 big kartoffels in my family meal, after they said rudely that everything was in the bag. I tried to call when we noticed the problem and nobody took up. the phone went to the voicemail, the mailbox was full. eating here is great. I just want to get what we actually order or the whole order. they never have a problem when they're not here.
I ordered a 3 piece chicken strips combo and a 3 piece strips only, a 2 piece breast and leg combo, and 2 apple pies. My bill was over $30. The chicken strips were small. The 2 piece was a thigh and leg. Definitely overpriced. Not satisfied.
!! EDIT!! GOT HOME AND OPENED MY SANDWICH!? WHAT A DISAPOINTMENT! IT WAS SMALLER THAN A MCCHICKEN! THE PICKLE WAS BIGGER THAN THE CHICKEN! WOW! THIS PLACE IS BUSY! Th manager was awesome tho! She handled all these orders and the employees with precision. Everything is HOT and FRESH my first time finally trying the Chicken sammich I can't wait to dive IN... DIDSAPOINTMENT!
$12 for the “surf turf”. I got two tiny, “shrimp” and raw chicken. They weren’t even busy. I was the only one in the drive-thru!!
This Popeys is always busy. However, the service is below acceptable standards. Have ordered from them both drive up and by using the app atleast 8 times. Every time have had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. I would say 5 of 8 times the order has been incorrect. Had thought service would have improved was reason kept trying again. Complained in store, complained to corporate, with no improvement. Last visit, my wife was threatened and cursed at by a worker while Manager stood there and said nothing to the worker. We refuse to go to this location. Will drive to other location before using this location again.
