Jimmy John's - Creve Coeur

Always a fan of this place. Understaffing takes his toll safe. A sandwich for the delivery ordered and they told me they had no driver. They offered to cancel my prepaid order and make it for pickup. I drove down and got my sandwich. The manager, Jacob, threw two additional cookies for inconvenience. I came home and opened my bag and my huge sandwich was just a normal one. I called the store and they took the full price of my sandwich. 4 stars for quality, but 5 stars for good customer service.

Despite the terrible weather today, Jeremy and his employee (I'm sorry I didn't get your name! were fantastic! They were friendly and ordered us quickly. They could have closed the store simply or said they were closed like several other locations, but they stopped it and had very positive attitudes.

Ordered sandwich pack for a birthday party next to this location. I sat right at the door. literally I take less than 3 minutes to pick up!! Way to go Jimmy Johns!!!
