I've delivered casino chairs to numerous casinos over the past 12 years, and this team was, by far, the best I've encountered. Everyone who could came out to help with the unloading, including the office staff, upper management, and security. They were also very courteous to customers passing by while we unloaded at one of the entrances. Service: 5/5

The staff at Wildwood are very friendly to customers and to each other. They offered us an extra night because we checked in extremely late and they were very professional. The hotel is not really setup for traveling professionals but if you are coming to Cripple Creek for leisure this hotel is great and very reasonably priced.Rooms: 3/5

During the day, this place has its charm, but at night, you'll be left counting your pennies while trying to catch some sleep. The older rooms are cozier than the newer, fancier ones, but both suffer from excessive noise. We even switched to a newer room, only to find it just as problematic. The beds are hard, the smart TVs malfunction, the showers are mediocre, and the drains are clogged. The walls are so thin that you can easily hear your neighbors. Sure, it’s affordable, but it really isn’t worth it. As for the casino, it seems lucky during the day, but at night, your fortune might just be surviving the experience – you’ll hardly win anything. You might as well just hand your cash in at the front desk. The bartenders lack the skills to mix decent drinks, and the restaurant is a better option than everything else there. We were advised by multiple people to leave before gambling, stating that it’s simply not worth the entertainment or the chance to win. Looking back, I wish I had heeded that advice. And don't bother getting a Players Club card as a new member; there are no perks whatsoever. Overall, this will be my first and last visit. Thanks for the experience, but I won’t be returning.

I was pleasantly surprised to have a waitress offer me drinks during my visit, especially since the last time I was at the casino, I played for four hours without spotting a single waitress, even while sitting near the bar. However, this time was different, and I was provided with timely service, which made for a much better experience.

Was there in June. Love this casino. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and I won on every single slot I touched. Will be back on our next CO. trip.
