Feedback gevenAs we waited, three other tables were seated, and a boat pulled up. Those tables and the boat received their orders and started eating before anyone came to take our drink orders! The only reason we finally got service was because my husband asked one of the waitresses to help us. Eventually, a waitress came over, took our drink orders, and we also placed our food order. We waited an hour for our drinks to arrive! The manager came out to welcome new guests, and my husband went to speak with her. He explained that we arrived at the same time as the older couple and mentioned that we had been seated at the same time in previous visits. The manager simply replied that she didn’t seat people, and then started to walk away. My husband followed her, at which point she turned around and asked about our order. After another 15 minutes, we finally got our drinks, and the waitress informed us that the kitchen was behind schedule. We were told our food would take an hour and a half. We were ready to leave by the time our food arrived. While the food was good, as usual, my husband and I were disappointed because the manager never came to apologize or address our concerns. We usually dock our boat there, but next time we may choose to go somewhere else. This year, we could only stay for one night instead of our usual three due to work commitments. We could have stayed somewhere else, but we opted for our regular spot. I think next year we'll be looking for a change.
