Jimmy John's - Crofton

Update (05/15/20): Still no napkins. I advise against ordering the Italian Nightclub with tomato and hot peppers alongside a medium Coke. My sub was missing the hot paprika, and I was charged for it. (06/15/20): Once again, no napkins, and I paid for chips that I didn’t receive. (07/15/20): Ordered the Italian Nightclub without tomatoes and hot peppers but received no tomatoes and no napkins. (09/03/20): Tried the Italian Nightclub without tomatoes and added sharp peppers, but again, no paprika. (01/13/21): Received a large Italian Nightclub without tomatoes, added sharp peppers, but no hot peppers, it wasn’t cut in half, and still no napkins.

This restaurant is conveniently located near our house, and my daughter enjoys going there. However, they frequently get our orders wrong, which is really disappointing. It's a pity because Jimmy John's typically has a good reputation!

They've visited this place several times, and there have been issues with the subs on occasion, which has been noticeable. However, tonight was the worst experience yet. The bread was thick and made from whole wheat, the line was long and moved very slowly, and I didn't even receive the bacon I requested as an add-on. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

Jimmy John's advertise themselves as being fast. They are slow as molasses. While waiting for my food at drive thru window, I observed the person making the sandwich with gloves, touch his headphone and then continue making the sandwich. He should have changed his gloves. I am thankful this wasn't my sandwich. Afraid to go back here because of no safety practices.

Really fast and delicious subs.... way better than Firehouse subs in Laurel, Maryland...
