Pho Saigon Noodle House - Crofton

When the hub and I are gallivanting around, like we've been doing pretty much this week, we gravitate towards nice and steamy pho dishes during the lunch hour. So tucked inside a tiny strip mall, nestled between even tinier mom and pop shops, there blooms a diamond, the Pho Saigon Noodle House. The aromatic scent of their tea, the delicate display of fresh cut vegetables, the delightful crunch of spring rolls and shrimp tempura, all bring back visions of old time exotic and elegant Vietnam. Yes, we will be spending a few more minutes of driving to this little gem over and over again. Highly recommend to everyone.

I actually haven't lived in the area since 2019. Super stoked this place is still going strong. Not a day does by when I hit a new pho place do I realize I never appreciated how good I have it ordering the clay pot rice here. Treat yourself and get it.

The best Pho I've ever had. Amazing broth. I have been to around 25 different shops across the country and in Hawaii. The best.

1st time. Our server was great, very helpful. Food came out in a timely fashion. The broth for my Pho was amazinnnnnggg. Very delicious.
