Hot Rocks - Cromer

My man and I had an early dinner tonight in hot rocks and I can't rate this place enough. it was freezing when we stumbled in there. we had no reservations, but since they were about six, they accommodated us without problems. we had the seafood plate and on request cook our lobster and garnel with garlic butter. to our extremely pleasant surprise they have also baked our cromer crabs. I am an avid seafood feeder and have consumed hundreds of them in the course of the years. this is the best seafood tablet I've ever had. everything was fresh and tasted by the sea. john catches the crabs themselves and you can say how fresh the food was. john and his beautiful woman lead an amazing restaurant with a very personal touch. we are visiting from london, but we have already made plans to come back here in summer. we just can't wait. many thanks for the great food and the hospitality. ricky and diana

My man and I visited hot rocks tonight with our parents and children. it was my vater in place birthday and they really made it special that they took a ballon for the table and let us take a birthday cake with which they surprised him after the meal. the eating itself was nice, two of us had filet steak, which was on the hot stone with a great selection of sauces and butter. there is also a good selection of seafood and fish and the house made huh goujons from the children's menu went as well as the lobster. we all enjoyed the meal and the friendly staff who felt the birthday boy especially we will be back in any case!

Hot Rocks is the best place in Cromer for a steak dinner! They really know how to provide an authentic experience. Thank you, Donna and Lofty! We will definitely be coming back.
