Hooty's - Cross Plains

This restaurant is your typical hidden gem strip mall eatery. The service was subpar and the food was just okay. Overall, it was not a standout experience, but there were limited options available.

We decided to visit a place called Hooty's Bar and Grill as we had some time to spare between a fun activity and our next destination. Located in the middle of the countryside, it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal.

I was in the middle of placing my order when the restaurant abruptly canceled it after 30 minutes. I was puzzled as to why they would confirm the order only to cancel it. And then it hit me - the cancellation was due to the doorbell ringing, which interrupted the order process.
