I waited a long time for someone to take my order, and despite being the only customer there, I was completely ignored. The staff continued their conversation without acknowledging my presence, making me feel invisible. Eventually, I decided to leave, feeling quite embarrassed.

I've been visiting this place for years, and I've rarely, if ever, been disappointed! The staff is absolutely phenomenal—knowledgeable and friendly. They also have a nice selection of upscale wines. It's a great local spot!
