When I went to dine at burgerfi I watched employees poor their selves beers and drink it on the job this is very unprofessional employees were drunk when I left I seen two burgerfi employees smoking weed in a alley near by shouldn't these employees be drug tested ? My expirence here was horrible this place needs to be shut down ! I would like to be contacted by corporate emidiatly thank you .

I just watched an employee verbally abuse a customer who was just minding her own business eating lunch.

Their veggie burger is great. The malted shake was thick and better than mr. Bartleys burgers (Cambridge ma) or johnnys (newton ma) It will be recommended to people in the future

It's like Five Guys Culvers. Fries are fresh, burger can be customized with 20 toppings. Only downside is that they are pretty expensive for fast-casual. $12 for a single cheeseburger, fries, drink.
